An important part of construction is the facade. Much depends on its appearance and technical properties: the indoor climate, the rationality and cost-effectiveness of investments in building finishing, daily comfort of operation, and aesthetic enjoyment of the outcome.

NOVɅ FACADE SYSTEMS & PROJECT ENGINEERING has been solving construction tasks of varying complexity in Central Asia (Republic of Uzbekistan and Republic of Kazakhstan) and abroad since 2015. We specialize in supplying innovative wide-format facade materials, etc., with technical support (design of ventilated facade systems NFS-VZ) and ensuring their correct application on facades.

Our specialists are constantly exploring new solutions, modernizing and refining existing ideas to perfection. We have highly qualified experts in facade finishing materials and extensive experience in successful projects, allowing us to offer clients the most suitable solutions for each specific project, ensuring impeccable service quality and optimal timelines.

In 2022, in collaboration with an aluminum plant as part of localization efforts, we placed our own molds for producing profile systems.

Consulting

-We conduct project analysis during the Design stage.
-We select appropriate structural solutions, including in collaboration with structural engineering stages, based on the facade configuration, load-bearing capacity of the building foundation, and type of cladding screen.
-We analyze the project for compliance with current building codes and other regulatory documentation.
-We prepare tender specifications.

Technical support

-individual approach to each client.
-Feasibility and preparation of the implementation project for the facade project
-We conduct training for installation teams and technical supervision on site.
-We provide engineering support for installation works. We carry out author's supervision."

Preliminary calculation

-We will calculate the cost of various facade implementation options based on a detailed mini-project.
-We will calculate the strength and deformation of facade solutions (statics).
-We provide cost estimation for the ventilated facade system.

Designing

-We carry out the full cycle of facade structure design.
-We develop albums of basic design solutions (BDS).
-We design installation schemes and provide a set of necessary and sufficient calculations and approvals for the working project."

Documentation

-We develop custom facade systems with new cladding materials.
-We prepare the necessary documentation package and support testing.
-We obtain standard and custom, as well as project-specific, approvals and agreements.

Supplies

-Supply of wide-format panels: porcelain stoneware, HPL panels, clinker, and other materials for building facades.
-Supply of aluminum subsystem elements with fasteners.
-Supply of facade lighting materials.
-Supply of adhesive systems for facades (polyurethane hybrid adhesive, double-sided tape, Primer tack panel and activator).

"NOVA Facade Systems & Project Engineering" opened a specialized training center equipped with state of the art technologies at the Republic of UZBEKİSTAN /Tashkent city Architectural and Construction University.
